The EXTRA Vision controllers cover a wide range of performance levels – from the energy-efficient Intel® Alder Lake-N97 to the 12th generation Core™ i7. DDR5 RAM, fast SSDs and modern onboard graphics ensure that even high-resolution cameras, high frame rates and multiple image processing tasks run reliably in 24/7 operation.
Modular device design
All controllers are based on durable Kontron industrial motherboards and offer generous expansion options: PCIe slots for frame grabbers or fieldbus cards, M.2 slots for NVMe SSDs and radio modules, as well as easily accessible drive bays. This allows you to put together exactly the vision platform that suits your application and interface requirements.
Easy mounting
The housing design is consistently tailored to switch cabinet and machine construction. Depending on the model, fanless, completely enclosed variants with a high degree of protection or actively cooled systems with a compact installation depth are available. Mounting brackets, front connections and tool-free SSDs facilitate installation, servicing and replacement directly in the system.
